I am from Michigan and live near the Indiana/ Michigan state line, visit Tennessee numerous times a year. I have to say Tennessee is a much more beautiful state. Indiana is mostly wide open farm land except extreme southern Indiana. Tennessee is a fun state to visit, and many people from the North are moving down there.
I wish the moving here part wasn’t true, but it definitely is. Inflating the housing market big time. A lot more demand than supply with the massive out of state movers.
