Thought it would be more like 14. Realize there is some recency bias, but I don’t see OSU’s passing defense being much better than Nebraska’s. The difference is their offense.
But giving up 42+ points as predicted seems like an awful lot for this Purdue defense, even to a high octane attack like theirs.

They’re actually much worse .. Nebraska is 63rd in passing yards allowed. Ohio state is 94th. Purdue? 15th 😁

Maybe they will try to block Karlaftis one-on-one and he will go all Ryan Kerrigan on Ohio State. That guy was a monster when he played them.

Agreed. If I were into betting, I'd take Purdue against the spread for sure.

Couple weeks ago i had our chances at 5-10% in this one. Now I'd say 25-30%. Would certainly be disappointing to lose by 3 TDs. I expect we cover this and lose by 7-10 ish at worst unless we turn it over a bunch.

It seems high at first glance. I was thinking 14.5. It's trickled down a bit at least on my end. Was 20 and now 19.5.

The fact that it's so high gives me a horrible feeling. Their offense is going to be tough to handle. Don't want them to lay a 50-burger on us.
