Of the million articles, I like this one

Pretty tired of the talking heads nationally and locally...Doyle, Dakich, trolling the Boilers. I don't need to list our accomplishments here, we all know them. This from a team that was "rebuilding" and projected 6th in the Big Ten. Preseason, the experts said the Big Ten title runs thru Bloomington. We hear a lot about the "formula" to beat Purdue.....pressure our young guards. No one ever mentions Purdue's formula to win.....Edey get his usual double double, we shoot 35% from 3 and 75% from the line and limit TOs to less than 12. This "formula" is nothing magical. We have any number of players that can get the job done on a given night. We have the talent, we just need the execution.

FWIW…Once Edey adds a jumper from the elbows he will be unstoppable and a 1st Round NBA pick. Here’s hoping he comes back and adds this to his skill set next year! Furst needs to add a left foot drop step right handed up strong move, Morton on narrowing his feet on his jumpshot, Newman needs works on his ball handling, dribbling and passing under pressur, TKR should work on playing large, Loyer 10-15 lbs of upper body strength.…

Purdue has had a great season. Unexpected great, congratulations. But, (there is always a but) . There is nothing wrong pointing out what needs to get better to reach the pinnacle Purdue has not reached in over 40 years. Three point shooting over 30% and handling defensive pressure, full court or otherwise stand out to me.

Winning is king, at the end of the day we have won 29 games so far, don't care if it's by a point or 40. Adjusting and winning ugly is a good sign for a young team. I have faith we will find a way to make shots from deep at a reasonable rate. Continue to exploit our matchups with Zach and find points from whomever is cooking that night. Defense and rebounding need to travel as well.

Let them diss ALL THEY WANT.
If it riles us, what do you think the players think? ;)
Dickitch just hoping for 10 or 15 Boiler fans to get riled up enough to call in and give him a show for a day.
Bring it bitches.

Fletch needs the leg strength as much or more than upper body. Here's hoping he learns to love the burn.

Doyel is a putz. I like how he points out the high seeded teams that Purdue beat in the BTT as if they got to hand pick their opponents. Sure they beat the 9, 13, an 10 seeds on their way to a championship, but guess what? Those teams already beat the 8, 12, 5, 4, 7, 2, and 3 seeds. So what were they supposed to do, refuse to play competition that was “beneath them”? The amount of garbage spewing from media, pundits, and even a select group of Purdue fans is nauseating. There’s a bunch of talk like Purdue has already been eliminated and the actual tournament hasn’t even tipped off yet.

I agree. This team has completed every goal they have set for themselves so far this season. This is a time to celebrate not to worry about scenarios that may never occur.

I like your comment on TKR, his M O is backing to the basket and most of the time bringing the down w/ the top of jis body bent over making and playing small near the basket. I like his potential and would like to see a jumper added to his arsenal

That pinnacle has already been reached. Never before have we won the conference title and conference tournament title.

Everything from now on is IN ADDITION to the hardware won. Regardless, a great season has been achieved already.
