We need this pretty bad right now.

Best athletes are RBs and the TE. Need to hit them with lots of screens, traps and counters to get the defense on its heels and not pinning its ears back.

Hoping we have an OC who can at least adapt to personnel and game situations instead of inning the run, run, pass on 3rd and long offense we have been running.

Not expecting a win but expecting us to at least compete.

Klare has horrifically bad run blocking grades per pff. Like 40s in a lot of games. He’s a big receiver

PFF also ranked Hudson Card as the 10th best passer in the country against Nebraska.

Bunch of nerds who never played and don’t know what they’re looking at, if they even watch the games…

Numbers lie. I dont doubt he’s not a great blocker but he’s gotta be on the field.

Could be that whoever was grading felt that the person at fault for bad plays wasn’t him. Pass blocking was atrocious with nobody getting open.

Some of the harshest Walters critics on on3 have said that they could see card doing much better without Harrell.

The eye test alone tells you that Klare is not in the same universe as a pass blocker as Cole herdman or Payne Durham

Were you at the game? Card was bad. And I do think the staff has failed him, but there were plays to be made. He’s got David Carr Syndrome now, I fear.

That offense was bad. The OC got fired. I’ve seen card be good. It isn’t going to happen with hand off hand off pass on 3rd and 9.

Wow, that's surprising. I get that metrics are designed to be accurate over the long haul, and that single games often produce anomalies/outliers. Either that's one hellufan outlier or last Saturday was a rough day for quarterbacks across college football.

Replies are saying the same thing I did… “TRY WATCHING THE GAMES…”
