Nojel Eastern

If you are going to make comments about a players ability, make sure there isn't information from credible sources that counter your claim pretty easily:

As the Boilers practice in preparation for the World University games in August, the newcomers are already drawing rave reviews from teammates and coaches. Josh Bonhotal, the associate director of strength and conditioning, regularly times every player’s 20-meter sprint.

Senior point guard P.J. Thompson still holds the team’s fastest personal record with 2.83 seconds. But Eastern and Wheeler beat Thompson in the most recent heat, clocking in just hundredths of a second slower than Thompson's lifetime PR.

Bonhotal, who has a stint with the Chicago Bulls on his resume, said 2.90 seconds is considered the speed an NBA player needs to play point guard.

as pointed out above, this may be in reference to others prior evaluations like snow and scout's

their premium article under the player profile still begins with "Even though he isn't a great athlete and isn't a major threat from beyond the three point arc, ...."

plus we already had the recent debate of fast/foot speed vs athleticism/basketball... with usain bolt vs mathias!

This probably isn't the best article to prove Eastern's athletic ability. It would be more beneficial to show his many highlight dunks from the WUG. Based on this article and your reasoning PJ would be the most athletic player on the team. I think we can all agree PJ doesn't have great athleticism.

Whatever we think about PJ's athleticism, a 20 meter dash is an objective measurement of acceleration from a start and 2.83 is impressive. However, it's also a measurement that is going to tend to favor shorter runners, as opposed to a 100 or 200 meter dash which tend to favor long striders. It's very impressive that Eastern was able to beat out PJ and Carsen, given his height.

I wonder how LewJack would have done in. 20 meter dash. My guess is that he would have set a record that wouldn't be broken for a very long time.

Sort of agree. Troll is a term used too liberallly.
The other guy is troll all the way.
You just have made your assessment based on either ignorance, poor judgement, or spite.
Ignorance is fine. Gets us all.
Poor judgement, like the name you chose, happens.
Spite as motivation would make you a troll.
I have watched him in person against big ten caliber competition and I saw a 6'6" point guard with quick feet, deceptive speed (there is empirical data in support of this) due to long stride and fluid movement. He also possesses exceptional body control, long arms and big hands to control the ball. He is in fact well above average athletically.
Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting quarrels or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory,[1]extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal, on-topic discussion,[3]often for the troll's amusement

Wow, sounds just like BigJayDud's second ever post.

Frankly, I look for several hallmarks in these posts that tip me off to trolls. I don't want to interate them here because the next MF troll will read my tells, and avoid them. BJD fell into 3/4 of the high probability troll tells.

No doubt he will come back with some other name. This might not be his game... maybe we should hold a selling bee?

I always deglaze my chilli meat pan with the same beer that I use in the recipe...
Well, maybe the 6th or 7th one...wait, you weren't keeping a count of beers consumed while making chili. Yeah, that's it. Same type of beer to deglaze that you poured in. Got it.
