Technically, one is not a convicted felon until sentenced. Since the DA and judge know that tge entire case is a steaming pile that will collapse on appeal, they've chosen to delay sentencing until the end of days.
He was convicted by a jury of his peers! Twice! It would have been 5 times if our court systems were not delayed by his actions! He committed perjury in a trial about 20 years ago involving his apartment complex in New York. Unfortunately as part of that trial he was just ordered to pay his victims and they thought justice was served and didn’t pursue the perjury charge. This was before he became a political figure! I leave you to do the research. I know you will never believe me. Look it up! Trump was sued by his tenants in his apartment complex in NYC. Trump lost. And how many other trials has Trump settled out of court by just paying off his accusers? He basically makes it too expensive to take him to court.
