FYI from Bucknuts regarding possible breakout players in B1G for this year:
Purdue - Anthony Mahoungou, wide receiver
Mahoungou is an interesting story. He is originally from Paris - as in France - and is a transfer from West Hills Community College in California. He is a three-star prospect according to the 247Sports Composite, but has tremendous upside. He has good size (6-3, 205) and was a productive player in junior college. He caught 39 passes for almost 800 yards and nine touchdowns last season. The Boilermakers have a lot of receivers coming back, but you bring in transfers to make an immediate impact. He could be a big factor in the red zone with his height. Purdue is looking for playmakers with Raheem Mostert andAkeem Hunt gone, and Mahoungou could step into that role as a wideout.
