I cannot understand how these people think like they do. Trump is objectively the first and second worst president of at least my lifetime (I'm 42), and they can't see how bad we look to everyone else in the world outside of Russia, Hungary, and North Korea.

Even though I do agree with some Republican policies, I just can’t relate to anti-science and hatred-filled rhetoric. Also, I found it hard being on the side of all the uneducated trailer park folks and having Marjorie Taylor Green being a high ranking member of my party. Also, I was embarrassed by name calling becoming a serious part of the platform.
I have always thought of Bernie sanders and AOC as America’s downfall, but at least they are not habitually lying straight to my face on a daily basis.

You also have Waters calling for more of the same to conservatives if they are seen out in public. Why is everything you say either a non sequitur or flat-out deflection? Nobody is advocating for men playing women's sports. There are very isolated incidents where a trans woman is trying to play women's sports, and I don't know how I feel about that. But why in God's name do you care so much about it?

I do have to ask. Why do you think it's the government's job to deal with it? I personally don't think a man who transitioned into a woman should be able to play women's sports, but I also don't really understand why that is such a big deal to people or why it is anyone but the organization that sets the eligibility requirements responsibility to deal with it. It feels like government overreach to set eligibility requirements for private clubs or sports organizations.
This is exactly right. And these RWNJs claiming it's "a man" is pretty offensive. Trans people have a pretty difficult life. Boiler Buck, Riveting, and Bonefish don't have a group of complete nutjobs trying to tell them they're freaks. None of said nutjobs are affected IN ANY WAY by the lifestyle of a trans person, yet they want to enact legislation left, right, and otherwise to make their already difficult lives even more difficult.
