He goes to Georgia to do a speech with Graham, requiring local officials to clear roads and use the police as escorts. He gives a speech with Franklin Graham. Tells lies that Biden isn't returning calls from Kemp, which Kemp himself refutes. Gets plenty of video of him shaking hands with the residents. He's not letting the crisis go to waste either.
