I've got a few birdies around that say Bell to Purdue along with Wright wright 'wouldn't be the pipe dream a lot of people think it would be.'
He's saying that some people would be surprised if Purdue got both, but his birdies think those people are wrong.
These stud receivers with Purdue's depth at QB and Brohm's play-calling are going to make watching Purdue football ridiculously fun. Our big play potential just increased significantly with this commit.
Well, Wright wanted confirmation from Brohm that Brohm would be the coach while Wright would be there. Him feeling comfortable and committing now is a great sign. Wright could have waited. Moore came here because the coaches told him that they'd be here for his time in college, Karlaftis came here and stopped visiting other schools because the coaches would be here for his years in college.

If you are an OL with NFL hopes then this signing has to motivate you. You get placed into pro-style offense where scouts can easily evaluate you.

Birdies meant that many people thinking Bell and Wright both at Purdue would be a long shot may be mistaken and it is a distinct possibility.
As good as Plummer has shown at times, Piferi has a lot of Blough/Sindelar in him. Watch the tape on him and you'll see a lot of what Brohm has spoken about in terms of what he needs out of a QB.
What a great morning to be a Boilermaker. Does anyone happen to know Milton's 40 speed, by chance? I've been impressed by this guy, for several months now.
I think people are forgetting that we are brining in King at RB as well, as long as the OL stays healthy we are dangerous at every position on offense, with having a defense that arguably has the better draft class, this makes for a very exciting future for Purdue Football.

Rice as a RB? I don't think so. He's a WR, but may actually be better at safety. Either way, can't imagine him at RB.
I like King's tape a lot. He seems underrated to me and it might be because he shares a lot of carries with another RB on his team.

I just thought he was listed as an "athlete" and thus could play any number of positions in reality.

No, I was thinking more like 3rd down or H back. He'll be in the mix in the backfield before any of our WR recruits.
Just adding to your response about converting Rice. Plenty of depth at RB and we haven't even mentioned Anderson.
Could care less about Hunter Johnson anymore. I like our QBs.
