I`m almost 13 years older and it was about his age when those afternoon naps in my lazyboy was one thing I looked forward to.Lets hope Mr.Bob hires some one younger and wants to bring a school back from the football dumps
Not Texas- will be Hermans job
Not Baylor- too much risk with a program falling apart
Not Houston- will hire from within or get a coach with their style of play

Baylor is currently in a Power 5 conference and they are not going to drop down to a lower conference anytime soon, no way.
Baylor is having a "down" year and they are still 6-4 and guaranteed a bowl this year. One of the absolute best building jobs done at an FBS school in the last 25 years. They had a big scandal, have an interim guy and still have a winning record. I'd bet a lot of fans here would kill to be where they are at. A very attractive program and on very solid footing. You don't survive a big scandal and still have a winning year unless your program has got a solid foundation.
Baylor has no home when the B12 implodes. And it will implode.

This. The only option they will have would be if the American scooped up Iowa St, Ok St, TCU, Baylor and the rest of the BIG12 leftovers and got P5 classification. Baylor is not a better job than us, especially when the real issues with that program (local Law enforcement and admin coverups) are still there.
I think I have come around to Les being my #1 (or co-#1 with Schiano).
I like PJ Fleck but I just don't see him coming here, or being here long if he does. Think he has other higher-profile jobs on his mind, not Purdue. If the right place isn't open this year I could even see him staying at WMU another season.
Les would settle in for a longer haul, and I now think he has the fire and passion to do it.
I'd take either, but I'm feeling me some Les since last week.
