Just out of curiosity, why do you think that Allen is the perfect coach for IU? He seems to be doing pretty well so far, and from what I've heard is a high-character person.

2. Defensive-minded
3. He wants to be the Coach at IU for a long time
4. Very connected to High Schools in the state
5. Job is not a stepping stone for him
