McNeese vs. Purdue: MASTER DISCUSSION THREAD

My kids were sick early this week. Some kind of 24 hour stomach bug. Hit me and the wife about 4am this morning. We’re both in horrible shape. With this early game it’s been nice to not raise my blood pressure so far. Not sure my body can take it. lol
hopefully our play will not make you puke, 3 bad passes by Braden so far

Out of there 14 points the scored. At least 6-8 of those points were good defense and a really good shot or move. Nice to see. Without some crazy shots they wouldn’t even be at double digits yet

Prayers for you and your wife, 427 - keep the faith and take in the Boiler tonic.

I think we’ll make it, but appreciate it. Kids were ok after 24 hours or so. They’ve been great today so far, letting us recuperate.

I finally got comfortable enough to take some Tylenol and Advil. The body aches are finally subsiding. The body aches are worse than the stomach stuff in all honesty.

This game outside of a few things that have been frustrating, has been just what the doctor ordered so far to not get too riled up

Welp - 38-20 at the half is a great position - Purdue went scoreless the last 3:14, but Boilers only gave up four points. Can't afford a letdown, however. TKR with no fouls....THAT hasn't happened in a while. Loyer got some good looks - 1/6 from deep......hopefully he warms up. 10 points, 5 boards from the bench, and some solid defense.

20 more minutes of good, strong, poised basketball needed.
