Little bit of a drought. That out of bounds play was a work of art, though. If only Loyer had hit the shot.

For every play that was distressing there have been two good ones. So far I haven’t gotten riled up too much
Out of there 14 points the scored. At least 6-8 of those points were good defense and a really good shot or move. Nice to see. Without some crazy shots they wouldn’t even be at double digits yet
There is a reason Trey and Braden are bleeding out everywhere. Do these guys have razor pointed fingernails? Geez...

If they put it together during this run, I’d forgive the whole season. I’ve said before this team can be dangerous if they give us anything. The problem was most times they didn’t

Think they got a point off split FT's on the second one, DDD - but Purdue has been fortunate some of those haven't been more costly.

I think we’ll make it, but appreciate it. Kids were ok after 24 hours or so. They’ve been great today so far, letting us recuperate.
I finally got comfortable enough to take some Tylenol and Advil. The body aches are finally subsiding. The body aches are worse than the stomach stuff in all honesty.
This game outside of a few things that have been frustrating, has been just what the doctor ordered so far to not get too riled up

Welp - 38-20 at the half is a great position - Purdue went scoreless the last 3:14, but Boilers only gave up four points. Can't afford a letdown, however. TKR with no fouls....THAT hasn't happened in a while. Loyer got some good looks - 1/6 from deep......hopefully he warms up. 10 points, 5 boards from the bench, and some solid defense.
