Not much pressure as he rides off into the sunset. Guessing it's a huge paycut.
I suspect there will be some pressure to get Penn back to where they've historically been in the Ivy League. The three Penn coaches since Fran Dunphy have all been underwhelming.

Might see 2 B1G coaches in the Big 5 next year. I'm hearing Willard to Villanova. They were thinking little Ricky but he took the Xavier job yesterday.
Yeah I've heard his name too. I think Ricky would have been the right move, so I'm surprised Nova couldn't get their hands on him quicker considering they didn't make the tournament and all.
I'm getting more interested in Villanova as my kid is going there next year. Hope to get to a game at some point.
Willard is using Nova as leverage to get Maryland to spend more on hoops IMO:
