Okay, may be beating a dead horse, but I'm interested in opinions. Here in Indy we are forced to repeatedly watch IU football ads on TV (OK, one ad of questionable relevance). The only ad for Purdue football I've seen is a billboard right before the detour on I 65.
Now ticket sales are down and, I would suspect, Purdue would like to see them grow. Does the AD not understand the value of advertising, or is there the mindset that revenue is down so the first thing we cut is advertising?
Thoughts?
