Worked for me, but you never know with all the stuff that gets clogged in your browsers or when something gets disabled. I've had a handicap permit for years with my computer.

No. A popup indicates an app must be downloaded in order to view. It's not even clear what app it is, although there is a link for downloading.
I did come across what I assume to be the video on a newsfeed and the pregame technology is quite impressive.
