It is hard to win like that and then go to the bench and shake their hands after...no matter if you tried to keep the score down or not. Not a good feeling on the winning side either...

Nothing against TKR, Smith or Loyer but none are high caliber NBA material.
If they turn pro after this year it will to play in the G League or over seas.
They will get compensated, proportionately, nicely, with NIL money this year.
Luke scored 29 points as Mt. Vernon gave up a 15-point 4th quarter lead to Jefferson. Trey Singleton a 4-star 6'8 PF who choose Northwestern over many suitors Purdue looked ready to offer but never did that I know of. Trey said " Ertel is the best guard I have ever played" This kid is the real deal Kyle Neddenriep ( Indy Star) compared him favorably to you guessed it some kid named Braden. No one watches more HS basketball in Indiana than Kyle and no one doubts his evaluations. Having made it to the semi state Ertel will be favored to win it next year. What has become clear Ertel has more offensive weapons in his already deep bag of tricks. He finished the season with 22.5 points per 6 assist 4 rebounds ranked among state leaders shooting 91 percent from the charity stripe. Let the haters prepare to hate on me because I am all in on Luke. I totally agree with Kyle he is the next floor general for Purdue. This statement has nothing to do with another great addition in Antione West Jr. IMO Tone is a 2/3 due to his versatility and ability to switch 1 thru 5. Luke will allow announcers to sing the same old song about how Painter finds diamonds in the rough currently rated A 3 star. Nationally ranked at 136th.

I would assume in this case that he stays at MV and doesn't run off and play somewhere else next yr...go get a state title and Mr. Basketball and come into WL and take over for his predecessor. Sounds like a good plan! 😏
Dakich has him at 5'8".
He looks closer to 6’4 - 6’5…..regardless, he’s taller than Braden and plays just as hard. We got a winner.
Singleton last two schools he narrowed it down to were Purdue and northwestern… he chose northwestern from what was said because a better path to playing time
