He called the one foul on Davis fouling Nunn on his 15 foot jumper when the ball was inside the rim (just a tad late, man), then he called the foul on Davis late bailing Hill out w/ 3 on the shot clock. I'm not sure Rapheal's elbow even grazed Hill's leg. WTF was that?
This dude played football at Minnesota........wonder if he's allowed to ref any of their games? Conflict of interest?
