Colvin I honestly am starting to wonder about. I see rumblings that he’s a pain and Rosi is constantly pumping him on socials. He averaged 19 a game, it’s not like he’s transcending the game.

There is a reason no one had Purdue coming out of their region to a final 4... And it's got nothing to do with this years team. That I promise. CMP's ceiling is sweet 16. The elite 8 year was a similar fluke to what Tom Crean was able to do at Marquette with D wade... Painter is way too strict and I've noticed this from day 1. Yes he's improved but there are still some major mental issues his coaching style give his kids. His players generally do not improve throughout year. Typically the best you will see Purdue is the opening weeks. You can see when his team's start to over think because of his coaching style. Once they begin to overthink they begin to panic and once they panic its already over... We have seen it time and time and time again... Just watch them against the press... I swear Purdue wouldn't win a game if every team just came in and fully committed to pressing Purdue up the court. I stopped watching this game after watching about a total of 7 minutes because I saw all the signs of a team who is over thinking and tense... I certainly didn't expect this though... CMP is the opposite of Izzo...

This FDU team shouldn't have even been in the tourney. They only got in because the team they lost to in their tourney wasn't eligable due to transition from D2 or whatever the case was... That's how bad this team is. 100% imo one of the worst 16 seeds the tourney has seen... without question any low seed in the tourney from here on out will always come in confident against CMP and Purdue... If you're a 13 seed or below there is precedence... You're smiling if you see Purdue on your side of the bracket...

I've always liked Painter. He's a Purdue guy, he recruits high character players. But they get to the tournament and collapse on an annual basis, regardless of the talent on the team. The best player in the country wasn't enough to win tonight. That's not on the players, that's on the coach.
