There were not enough people demanding a new time slot to warrant a move, so the draft will remain as scheduled (had 4 people want a change [+/- .5/1hr], 6 that wanted it to stay, and 6 that never said a thing about the time). So without a consensus the draft will remain the same.
The league's draft order is set, so you can start finalizing your big boards (or however you do it). With the draft starting in 2 hours and 15 minutes, you can open up the draft kit at 7pm EST, to get a feel for your connection, and if there are any minor changes to the draft format (lite version seems to have some new gui, but the original version seems exactly the same).
