Whether it’s job discrimination or some jackass yelling slurs. Or some racist Karen. Racism is racism.

Or, it could have been some black student trying to get attention? There's tons of examples of that happening as well.
But, let's say it was a Purdue student. If Purdue has 1 racist student out of 30,000, I'd say that's a pretty good ratio. There's probably as many racist black students.
And no, racism isn't racism. Not giving someone a job based strictly on skin color is racism. So is giving someone preferential treatment for a job based on skin color. See, works both ways.

In most cases, parents aren't buying guns for their kids (unless it's a hunting rifle or something). It's more likely the parents are doing a poor job of securing and preventing access to the guns/ammo, not seeing or being ignorant of warning signs of mental health issues with the kid.
