The appeal is already being prepared. This situation is absurd. Pissant Federal judges are trying to control the executive actions of the President. Should they be able to block arms sales to Israel or Ukraine? Or the President ordering the Seventh Fleet to Taiwan? And if this crap stands, the next Dem President is going to get the Mother Of All Payback.

Should they be able to block arms sales to Israel or Ukraine? Or the President ordering the Seventh Fleet to Taiwan? When judges start blocking arms sales you can start a thread about it. Until then, the checks and balances put forth by the framers of the constitution (you remember that pesky thing right?) still apply.

Does a federal judge have the authority to block the Coast Guard from intercepting drug smugglers? Does a federal judge have the authority to block the President from building a border wall? Does a federal judge have the authority to block the President from imposing tariffs upon Mexico? Does a federal judge have the authority to block the President from having Elon Musk investigate fraud and waste?

Just parroting "checks and balances" doesn't answer any of those questions.
