Getting a little more separation.....68-54....from the stats, looks like shooting was hot to start; good from deep as well.
For comparison purposes, I would be curious to learn what the Italy and Brazil final score was. This would reflect what to expect of fouls and tos called, And also indicate if we should expect more high scoring games, or if we are scoring so high because our competition is so bad.
Looking at Purdue in regular NCAA games, we've had blowouts against many schools before, but we seldom hit 100 points. In this tourney, hitting 90 points seems to be the norm for us.

The final score won't help you much. The game ended 2-0 Italy...because it was a soccer game
Well there were about 9 yellow cards and 1 red card. The damn ball was turned over almost every possession! They just couldn't get their hands on the ball and whenever they did the ref took it away from them. There were also an inordinate amount horrific season ending type writhing in pain injuries. Fortunately they all recovered within 30 seconds and played the rest of the game.
