My contractor has completed two coats (of Cemcoat Brickform) on concrete patio & detailing work of a large compass Rose and was done before B1G decision could finish.
I should no longer be surprised how long it takes to make a decision. This is a true story. Contractor started at 9 am worked thru lunch and completed two coats of a perimeter color on a 425 square foot concrete patio + Compass Rose detailing and will come back tomorrow to finish an Adobe Buff color on the main patio interior area. He'll finalize it on Wednesday with a sealant.
If B1G goes past Wednesday, I think we should all fire the Commish and hire my guy!!! He gets shit done.
Much like the B1G, the only trouble was getting him here. He is backlogged due to COVID-19 & everyone staring out windows and wanting new concrete or updates.
