Illinois almost had a Orton Wisconsin moment

Welp..... Petras with the infield fly interception, and Iowa looks cooked. Still some time left, though and three TO's for TMHR.

and the verdict is in......

Illinois could have sold seats in the end zone for that game. Safest place in the stadium.

Colts and Broncos fans thought that game was unwatchable.

Nepotism is a bad thing
My Iowa relatives are sick of Brian Ferentz aka Brutal Ferentz. They say, “Build the statue for Kirk Ferentz, thank him, then show him the door. “ The Offense is offensive and cannot help their solid defense. They also agree Nepotism is not good.
Hard to believe their offense is being “Shooped” like our 2013-2015 Purdue offense.

^ Illini fan with a lot of Iowa friends … feel like it’s a tough spot. Past success doesn’t guarantee future success, and Iowa has few built-in advantages. While thinks look like shlt now, how exactly do you reasonably show him the door??

(Obviously, his son should have been shown the door a while ago.)

You give him a choice of removing his son or force his resignation if he refuses. He's not going to want to be fired and tarnish his legacy. So he'll accept one or the other. Then you hire a competent OC or HC depending on the situation...
