Someone needs to step up and be the responsible one for the play call, not call by committee. In my experience as an OC, I have a game plan. I know how to set it up and I know how to finish it. I listen to suggestions from others on the staff and take input from the players. I implement it when I see that it will benefit us in a game. If I don't think it will work, I don't sell it.

Second thing, we are a BIG TEN TEAM. Zero excuses for not shoving it down their throat. If we can't pick up two yards with two downs then we need to quit.
