Love to see the passion he showed. It might be a bit premature but I believe big boy football is returning to West Lafayette.
I think a highlight reel of Coach Holt would be great.

I think what stood out to me more than anything was the shot of Brohm and the OC signaling plays in. The OC turned to Brohm in a very key moment and questioned the call...and Brohm snapped very quickly at him to signal 'the damn play I called.'
What I take from that is a great environment that Brohm creates that his leadership under him and around him are comfortable to confront their boss when there is a difference of opinion...there is no groupthink and no micromanaging. I saw similar things at the practices I was able to attend. That goes a long way in getting your subordinates to work hard and be effective.
That was lacking with Hazelnuts and his micromanaging and ineffective style of leadership.
