This just solidified the opinions of those on this board and nationally. I get that UM is playing better but the #1 seed shouldn't lose on a neutral court to the #8 seed.

Getting the feeling Purdue peaked a bit to early this season and the last few games have shown Purdue may have leveled out a bit. If Purdue gets any type of athletic team with a big who can stretch our bigs out and a quality guard...Purdue is in trouble in the first round.

This loss puts Purdue as a likely 5 seed IMO given that they weren't even in the top 16 seeds a few weeks ago. Purdue is playing more poorly and backed in to the conference title since those seeds were drawn up.

Not trying to be a debbie downer...but UM didn't play all that great and Purdue got their bigs in foul trouble...Purdue just played to the level they have played over the last few weeks, which is poor.

We have the talent to beat everyone this year. Well except painter, I really hope we drop his ass. He couldn't win with Hammons and he can't win with Swanigan the guy is just garbage at this point. Eat the contract and pick up someone who has had some tourney success.

Big Ten Champions... who only had to play the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place teams in the conference one time.

With no national love this puts us at a 5 so some directional school that has athletic guards is going to get a wonderful gift.

Purdue backed into nothing. We lost like 1 game down the final stretch on the road to a tourney team. You people are ridiculous

Love Painter during the regular season. I would love to have someone else just for BTT and NCAA. Missed FT's i get it. He didn't shoot them. But it all starts at the top. So far he really struggles in games with "tournament" attached to it.
