I don't think any team can win much in College Football nowdays without averaging over 30 per game,because even a lot of losing teams can score a lot of points sometimes.That being said,I think this team may score 30 per game IF the offense is improved across the board.How many points do you think Purdue's offense is capable of scoring? Last year we needed at least upper 30's to win. Last year we had the quick home run running backs. I think the drives will take longer to get in the end zone this season.
I hope we can score enough, but after the results of the last 5 or 6 seasons, I can't help to think that Marshall doesn't get in the 40's. I'll be watching.The key question is how much can our "D" average points givin up per game? Need to keep this around a 27pt ave!
