throughout the league's other fan bases? I was giving some die hard Illini fans a ribbing today at work and got a response from them I hadn't heard before. They basically implied that Purdue wins because they play dirty (foul) and hasn't advanced past the sweet sixteen in the tournament in so long because they don't get the B1G treatment from the officials. They specifically made reference to Brian Cardinal. Is this a common perception throughout the league? I assumed they were just butthurt over the way they lost Saturday.
