How fast is Carsen?

For those who have seen him play, how would you compare his speed to players in the past?

I need to see him more to say for sure, but I'd rank Purdue's quickest guards with the ball (since LewJack) like this:

not much slower. just a little. makes up for it with incredible athleticism allowing him to finish plays at the basket those others can't.

Straight line speed may not quite match up to RJ or Scott, but he's truly ambidextrous with the ball. You can't overplay either hand, and at 5'11"/6' he's skilled/athletic enough to even dunk with either hand. To me the "either hand at full speed" capability is what really sets him apart from the other quick guards being mentioned.

If he truly can go right or left equally well, with his shooting ability, he's going to be awfully hard to guard.
