Actually, they somehow rank the four teams with the seed that you have, then give the top ranked of the four the location closest to them ... unless there is another team from their conference already there ... or there is a big TV draw team that could be there instead of you ... or if your coach complained too many times to the NCAA, then you may go further ... but if your cheerleaders are hot, it could be a lock.
