We have slower guards and forwards. Including Pj, Vincent, Spike, Mathias, Cline and Swanigan.

So why do they try to defend poor shooters from 5 feet beyond the three-point line. They get burnt, our bigs draw fouls.

Stay inside the three-point line unless you are guarding Blackmon and similar players.

Agree. We have to know who we're playing and their capabilities. Also the flow of the game plays a part. When the other team gets in the bonus or our bigs can't afford more fouls then give the other team another step on the perimeter and force them to knock down jumpers consistently.

Bingo! They weren't even trying to shoot and we are closing out on them like they are Steph. SMH
 
They don't have Hammond to bail them out this season. Painter needs to adjust

Well, Georgia State shot 36% from three and 43% from two. You can't let an underdog like Georgia State get clean looks from 3.
