Falling on my head like a (bad) memory...

2018 EMU L, 20-19
2018 MIN L, 41-10 (snow)
2019 ILL L, 24-6

Well, at least this time we have a consistent 100+ yard rusher and a mobile QB we can turn to if need be.

Pound it with Horvath, run some RPO's with Burton. We should actually be equipped to handle it this year

Which hopefully is all we will need, since the NW defense apparently is not going to allow us to score in the second half anyway. (tic, y'all)
People would need a KHC membership to get the joke

Do you have a prediction for Saturday .. I’m feeling 23-21 NU if it’s pouring with no george.

Dry, you can make it 35-20 Purdue with no george
It’s hard to tell. I definitely don’t like our chances as much if it’s raining. We’ve been running the ball well but that’s set up by our good passing game which can be hampered with wind and rain. I think Purdue can win in the rain but I think your predictions are probably close

Don’t remember it snowing vs Minnesota. Was crazy cold down into single digits though. Or maybe I’m just losing my mind...
Our only TD in the Minnesota game was Rondale getting the corner, on a sweep I believe, late in the game.

I don’t about you, but does it seem to anyone else that Rondale has been gone for 2 years, even though he is on our active roster? He must be COVID, because it is hard to remember what day of the week it is some weeks.

I know it is game time tomorrow though!

Till the "rain" (monkey on your back) gets resolved, I unfortunately do not see us getting the W.
Rain and passing game is not our friend. The ONLY thing that may help is AOC throws an accurate catchable pass vs Kyle Orton style fastballs.

NW 23
Purdue 17
I want to be wrong. I really do.

If rains could hold off and the field be good condition, Purdue could get it done.

I don't think catching the ball is the main issue with the rain/wet field/wet ball. IMO the biggest issue is throwing accuracy and ability to deliver a deep ball. The other issue is timing of the routes. I always thought Sindelar was the better option than David in the rain because he had larger hands and his harder ball stayed on target better in the elements. Plummer looked like a shell of himself trying to throw in the Illinois game last year. Aidan doesn't throw a hard ball, but his tight spiral should help it cut through.

I'm no weatherman. But the chances of rain tomorrow, according to AccuWeather, aren't massive. And even if it rains some, it's not going to be a deluge. Other than the wind, I don't think the weather is going to be a massive factor.

Pat always a solid day when you can sneak deluge into a post.

Looks like we are gonna need to score a lot to outpace these guys
