So that's 2 things Hazell and I have in common: we're both nice guys, and we both have no business being a head football coach in the B1G.
So I suppose it was marginally better than last year's worst in the Big Ten class, but still nothing to really get excited about.
I agree, but 4 players does not a class make. Hazell has recruited a few good players every year, just not enough of them.
He is kind of like Reggie Jackson in "Naked Gun." But he was under mind control of some sort.
Time will tell with these recruits, but the Hazel track record is not very good. It is likely the coaching, but our players don't really develop like they did in the Tiller years. We would be hard pressed to name a Hazel recruit that really became an All Big Ten type player. Perhaps Bentley has a chance, but his injury set him back. Even our highly ranked QB's don't pan out and it will be interesting to see how they do with a new OC. Changes were made way too late.
Me too, but I could probably could manage an average of 2 wins a year by picking plays off of madden.
.............And a huge batch of 2 star recruits proves that not only can he not coach, but he clearly can't recruit either!!!I Wouldn't mind at least a 50/50 blend of 2 and 3 star recruits, problem is we all know that Hazz and his staff clearly can't coach any of these kids "UP"!
