As the losses continue to pile up....our players and program become more and more entrenched in the "loss" culture. Our football program loses so much our players do not understand what winning feels like. You cannot possibly lose this many times and understand how to create a winning culture.
It's incredible how much this program evolved....everybody is downtrodden...you know every game there is a 90% chance you are going to lose....
