Has Purdue had 14 commitments before July 4th?

Interesting question, I'm sure a year or two in the Tiller era may have had that many, but it has been awhile since Purdue has had 14 onboard before July 4th. Last season was working the JuCo and Grad transfer market to make up the #'s.
If there is a statistician / historian out there with that data, I'd like to hear the answer.
 
I would expect with an earlier signing date, recruits and schools are now offering and committing earlier. I also suspect with all the current alll star camps, coaches are seeing recruits earlier, and not waiting until seeing them in the fall before making offers.

The Haze usually didn’t have 14 offers written by July 4th.
