Border Czar is a subjective term. There is no actual titled position. The border is and has been a mess for a long time; more so during the first two years of Biden. But Harris had zero legislative power and not much executive power to change anything. A better criticism would be-she’s been Vice President and that’s a position with little effect or responsibility.
And I’d take a border problem that can be improved over an election and science denying felon that wants to sever ties with our most trusted allies and is a 78 year old narcissist.
