Next year, put Jim Bridge's film clip FAR down in the article. I couldn't get that god-awful tie he wore out of my mind during all of the rest of the coaches' presentations.
All of the other ties were fine- A and B grades end to end, but that monstrosity Bridge was sporting was straight out of a 'Chess KIng' catalog, for the Anderson, IN mall (a special version just for Anderson) from about 1991 or so. The only thing it was missing was some sweet turquoise or neon in the design.
I think the last time I saw a tie like that I was at wedding reception and dancing against my will to 'Funky Colt Medina' by Tone Loc....or was it 'Bust a Move' by Young MC ?
Take your pick....view the very end of Bridge's clip where he stands up so you can get the full flava of that thing, and then play each of these clips and then you decide (or any other candidates?):
