There are two 4-star OL, both 6'8" ~300# that are taking a long look at Purdue. Malachi Wood, Madison Central, KY and Luke Burgess of New Pal IN. Be great to get both but U of L and UK are after them too. Maybe some NIL would help them decide.

IMO Burgess doesn’t have quick enough feet to play tackle in the B1G, and I think Moore will be a better guard.

But yeah OSU has been in multiple times to see him. And it’s only 2.5 hours away.

I will trust NewPal on Moore, as, I know little to nothing.

Wood seemed like he might be the most realistic opportunity.

Frankly, I would be thrilled to get any of the 3 and I hope that Purdue can do that.

Good news from our QB commit. Doesn't mean things can't change but it's good to hear he is still solid without Biagi

It would be surprising I think if Purdue ultimately were to keep Collins...a coup for sure if it were to happen.

A steal to have gotten him...it is nice to hear that he is still a "Purdue guy" for the time being, but, it is pretty clear that he is both still open to options, and, that there are more and more options becoming available unfortunately.

Well, another issue is the number of times AOC can't find an open receiver and throws the ball away. He has a lot of 'throw aways' every game. It would be a lot better to tuck it and run for a few yards.

I don't disagree with you but just saying I dont believe AOC throws the ball away because he cant find an open receiver an extraordinary amount of times. Some games it was only 1-2 times. He took some sacks last year I felt like if he were just a little quicker he could get out of the pocket just far enough to throw it away and avoid the costly sack but he seemed instead to drop further back. 8-12 yard losses on sacks killed some of our drives last year.

Wood is legit. Some think he’s better than Burgess right now.

The throw-aways also are drive killers. Thus the advantage of a QB who can throw and run.
