I like how Purdue is seen as this great place to be a coach. Even if the hometown can lure CJB, we really have a lot of options.

Funny thing is if Louisville can’t hire Brohm, I kind of think their screwed. It’s just not seen a a great opportunity. All they have to offer is the fact it’s home to Jeff.

I get that given the situation that we are currently in, you're predisposed to see things as rosy for Purdue and less so for UofL but to suggest that Purdue is seen as a great place to coach and UofL not so - well that's just silly.

If JB doesn't take the job (spoiler alert - he will) at Louisville, UofL will get another good coach - historically it's what they do. The kragthorpe situation was simply a deal of Jurich having that previous relationship with him and being blinded by that. Tyra isn't burdened by that and will get someone who will rectify the current situation.

So you think he is taking the job; I am not so sure! It is too soon to abandon ship now!

I am telling you now with 100% confidence that while it’s the basketball program that was shady as hell. Many folks in the office downtown Indy see an athletic department and administration that lacked control.

Feel free to not believe a word I said.

Purdue will be fine. They made 2 great hires. One of them for sure isn’t leaving.

It doesn't have anything to do with believing or not believing you - not worried about the NCAA in the slightest - they're on their way out.

This really puts the money argument aside; just as we've been saying all long if MBob decides to play big boy ball with Trya.I don't think Jeff is about all the money, but hey its important and essentially Purdue go well above what Louisville could offer and its not even close considering that disaster they have down there. I'll go on record as I believe we retain Jeff and staff. He knows he's got a Heisman front runner next year, and a hell of class coming in. They could be challenging for a BCS bid as soon as next year, not that far fetched if you think about it.
