AS I understand it you can oversign in FB up to 3 people. What happens if 1,2 or 3 qualify, since the school can't have more than 25 in any one class. Do they have to pay for a scholarship even if they can't play FB. If not what happens to the Fb player who has a signed contract guaranteeing a scholarship? Thanks for your answer.
