Most coaches do not want a time out for the offense, feeling that gives the defense time to set up....the worst thing to happen with a two point lead is to be beaten by a three.....if offense scores a two, the worst scenario is overtime....painter had al defende on the three.....our group was exhausted at the end of the game and neede direction....I suspect in retrospect, painter would have had Hammons sag off the center at the three point line.....most coaches will always or never call time out.....no real percentage either way, but each individual result will determine if a good or bad decision.....
