The only change I'd make would be swapping Bo Ryan and Keady. Love Gene but Ryan was more consistent and had 2 FF's vs zero for Keady. I think Painter has already passed Keady and will hopefully pass Ryan soon. Keady's biggest advantage over Ryan and Paint is longevity and I don't put as much credence in that as Fox must have.
After the top 2, it gets pretty subjective. I don’t see a great deal of separation between #3 and #10.

I find it odd that they make it seem like Keady revived Purdue from a long dormancy following Lambert. Maybe they mean in terms of the Big Ten, but I just thought it was weird phrasing considering they won a couple of Big Ten titles, went to a national championship game, won the NIT, and went to another final four in that period.

You can't deny Knight with his record including the last undefeated season.
3 out of 10 isn't bad for Purdue.

I suppose one could create a formula to drive this based on factors like: Big Ten winning percentage and total wins, conference championships, Big Ten tournament success (small factor), NCAA Tournament success (and seedings) with National Championships heavily weighted, Coach of the year honors (national and Big Ten), etc.

My guess is that Knight would run away with it, followed by Izzo. Painter would be up there though, with a chance to eventually catch Izzo if he can continue to increase his NCAA Tournament success.
