is really starting to assert himself. Yes some of it is matchups, but he's "making it happen" with greater regularity. Like Braden I think the coaches are getting through that he needs to be aggressively seeking his shots.

I actually like seeing him go 6-14 and 1-6 from 3.
Not the prettiest line, but it puts pressure on D and it's only a matter of time before he goes on a heater again like he did @ Minny.

As good as Fletch and Smith are right now, I am just giddy for next year as well.. we also seem to be getting that extra ball handler in either Cox/Harris as the season goes on.

FWIW...Braden covers more court per minute than any other player and it does take a lot of effort to create for others, find others, and yet score and rebound as well. I'm a bit amazed with how hard he can play for the minutes he plays doing all he does...
What were his issues this past game? He missed a few wide open 3s that he usually knocks down. But no one could hit from 3 this past game.
I have a love/hate relationship with Fletch. I hate that he seems like an unathletic white guy playing in a church league, but then he goes out and produces and love what he brings as a compliment to Smith.
Now, don't freak out y'all, but Fletch's game reminds me a little bit.....take a breath....of Larry Bird. Now, again, don't spaz on me. I'm not saying Fletch is the next LB, but he's got a very crafty, sneaky game for having little to work with from an athleticism standpoint.

I understand exactly what you are saying. Fletcher is VERY cerebral in the game...VERY. Although stronger this year...athletic as far as D1 would not be a word used to describe him as that isn't his major strength. He is having a very good year this year and I'll forgive his poor angle pass to Trey that was intercepted last night as one coming due to fatigue...
