Fleck's offense

Just curious what others think of Fleck's offense. WMU stats are very balanced with respect to run/pass mix. I have not caught many of their games, but what I've seen they do a fair amount of running on the interior. Would what he is doing at WMU translate to Purdue?

Yards: 2445 passing, 2527 rushing

need a more balanced O, just chuckin the ball around alot you'll have some killer Int's. Good article on Fleck yesterday on 247, after his 1st transitional season at WMU , the Sporting News had him ranked the 128th coach in college football, it was a great article on how he battles adversity etc.
