It depends. If we look like hot garbage, it's player responsibility. When we look great, Painter did it. You should know that.
They're not flat at all. Hustle is there, intensity is there but the shots aren't falling and Penn State's players are playing out of their minds.
It seems their big man is getting tired and with Biggie on the bench the whole first half I hope he has some energy at the end.

You can pay a coach as much as you want. Some days, the players are going to come out flat. There is nothing you can do about that.

i don't know about all y'all but there are days i go into work and i just ain't into it. sometimes i just don't "perform" the way i should.... because i am tired, personal problems, feeling a cold coming on - whatever. i CAN'T be 100% ALL THE TIME!
i have NO idea, but it has to be a real pain in the arse to do what these guys do.
they go to class (hopefully)
they practice daily (X2 ?)
travel.... media all over them....
i can understand not being "into" it the way i "should" be.....
....this is something i try to keep in mind when purdue has a "bad" game.
