Time for some seasoned D line and CB's to sign on..
Signed a TE from UNLV that's 6'8" 290 Lbs. This with the H Back, and the O Linemen they have have signed shows the inability to pick up a yard when needed is being addressed.
We’ll miss guys like Klare and Thieneman but how many teams did we play this year that didn’t have stars or absolute studs and had no problems running over a lesser coached but maybe more talented team.
I think this upcoming year might be rough but if we win 4 and look competitive, it’s a step forward to revenue sharing and hopefully a more balanced $$ playing field moving forward.
Odom is probably not the hire any of us wanted but hoping he’s the one we needed.
My college roommate who coaches in Cincinnati has had contacts with Odom and some of his assistant coaches.
Odom is respected as a strong assesser of talent and can see raw talent that needs to be developed.
