Ex PB leader sentenced 22 years

So if Tarrio is sentenced to 22 years for sending text messages, what should Ray Epps get?

There is overwhelming evidence that it was not the goal of Trump, not his supporters to storm the capital. The FBI colluded with antifa to make that happen. I don't blame you for not knowing where to find appropriate information, but as a good American, you owe yourself the critical thought to research this claim appropriately.

The dumbing down of the Republican Party in action. Just associate completely different things in a sentence and ask questions. Kinda like a Boebert or MTG tweet. Or exactly like trump would do. No details, no nuance, no facts.

I got that one!

He should get a police security detail and a very large civil suit win.

Now, this Epps dumbass won’t end up “Dominion rich” at the expense of Trumper-ers. Buuuut, he will either get a major settlement from them, or there will be a civil trial where the judge looks at all relevant informant files en camera, sees that there are none, and referees Epps getting really rich.

So THAT’s what will happen to him.

Overwhelming evidence of incredible stupidity maybe.

Another one bites the dust.

Guess who’s next? The next seditious whack-a doodle-do:

A restless Navarro

Peter Navarro stood for the entirety of Wednesday’s proceeding, which lasted six hours, aside from breaks.

Typically, defendants sit at a table next to their attorneys throughout the trial, sometimes passing notes or leaning over to confer with their counsel.

But Navarro stood off to the side throughout the first day. He sometimes paced around his corner of the courtroom or shifted from one leg to another. He switched between wringing his hands and crossing his arms as the trial went on.

When one witness identified Navarro for the record, the former Trump aide raised two fingers to his forehead and saluted him.

There's none? So the guy on video the day before and the day of J6 telling people they need to go into the Capitol didn't actually do that? How is what Tarrio did worse than what Epps did? Tarrio wasn't even there. He sent text messages of encouragement. Epps was there. He was at the front line for the initial breach.

Ooooohhh I got that one too!!

Epps is a dumbass Trumper that got cold feet.

Tarrio was one of the primary planners of a violent conspiracy to commit sedition!!

Another difference?

Epps is gonna be very rich because of threats and repeated lies from Trumpers.

WHEREAS… Tarrio is now a FEDERAL FELON who will serve about 20 years!! (If he gets good behavior time and if some angry Trump-hater in prison doesn’t kill his arrogant ass).

NOW do you understand the difference? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!

He didn't get cold feet. He was there in the thick of it. He left conveniently right before they went in. That's very different than saying he got cold feet and didn't do anything. He still orchestrated people to go to the Capitol and pleaded to people that they had to go IN to the Capitol. Be more of a stooge here.

Now I gotta go.

But y’all just keep on chuckling and body counting those Federal felony convictions.

PS; as I leave, allow me to remind you of Trump’s two gems from today. No, he didn’t rush to the defense of Tarrio or Navarro on their day of need, he proclaimed that 1) He WILL testify at his own trials (which we ALL know is a lie), and finally, that he wants to debate! Who does he want to debate?
Haley? No.
Pence? Nope.
Christie? Good lord no!

He wants to debate…
(wait for it)

Peter Navarro released a 36-page report alleging election fraud 'more than sufficient' to swing victory to Trump. A great report by Peter. Statistically impossible to have lost the 2020 Election. Big protest in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!

As a big supporter of the police state, of course you are happy, HoFan.

Do you think your hero Joe will pardon Hunter right before he resigns later this year?
Not a fan of Joe.
Sure as heck not a fan of Hunter.
Not a fan of ‘police state.’

But I’m a fan of the jury system, the rule of law, and of PETER NAVARRO CONVICTED OF A FELONY BAYBEEEEEEEEEE!!

And just like when they sent Swat teams for Stone and those dangerous Christian ministers. You love the PS.

Just watched a journalist talk about a J6 court case that he sat in. He had access to the J6 video and said that based on body language/panic by the prosecutor and judge, AND based on the J6 video he saw personally, that the judge and prosecutor were colluding to convict the defendant. He's putting together a story to cover what happened. Would be sad to find out that he's telling the truth and you're here laughing it up that innocent people are being sent to prison. As someone said earlier. You're celebrating the police state.

If this is true, that would also make one wonder how many of these people this has happened to. We already know the Shaman is one since he was immediately released once his video was made public.

Also said that he saw the prosecution of the "cop killer" had manufactured evidence that was presented in court. Said that the video raw showed a completely different series of events, and that officer Sicknick wasn't even near the defendant.

How exactly am I naive? Because I'm willing to wait for evidence that the left hasn't allowed us to fully see? Because there's already evidence of people getting released immediately due to new evidence that was put out ONLY because R's allowed it to be viewed by someone other than inside the police state? Yeah, I'm the naive one. FFS. You and @BuilderBob6 couldn't be any more naive on this matter.

Not just naive, but DANGEROUS because you're hand clapping at atrocities.

You two are being kept in the dark by those that are supposed to be giving you light on issues.

Okay, all snarkiness aside, that’s a fair question so here’s a substantive answer.

You are citing an unnamed journalist from an unnamed publication who is “putting together a story” as plausible, but don’t weigh (or at least post) about the credibility attached to over 1,200 criminal convictions from J6, ALL of whom had full discovery, independent legal representation, and either a guilty plea with a tearful apology at sentencing or a trail by a jury of their peers, also usually followed by a tearful apology at sentencing. And most of those convicted apologize with the explanation that they believed they were motivated and directly following what they now know to be the blatant lies of Donald J. Trump. That attachment to Trump’s lies has been stated by everyone from the dumbass mass followers to Trump’s Chief of Staff. Those are the explanations from people that were there during the violent insurrection.

Just because something is theoretically plausible does NOT mean it is more than a remote and tiny-chance barely possible explanation.

WRONG. Most have not had full discovery. MOST have not had any access to the video at all (outside of what was released to the media). Much like the Shaman whom was immediately released once the footage was available. His legal team never saw the footage that Tucker later released. He went from having a 4 year sentence to being found not guilty. How can you say that it isn't plausible that this is happening to others?

I'm not saying there aren't any justified convictions. Not at all. Only that there's clear evidence of cooking the books so to speak against defendants. Will be interesting to see what happens as all those convicted challenge their results as the video evidence slowly comes out.

You also don't understand how law works if you think people pleading guilty means they actually did it. Especially cases brought by the government. They used "trumped" up charges to scare people into pleading otherwise go to jail for most of their life if found guilty. It happens ALL the time.

more than 1,100 people who have been charged in connection with the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.

By the numbers: 110 people have been found guilty at trial and about 366 have been sentenced to incarceration in connection to the attack, according to figures from the U.S. Attorney's Office for D.C. through Aug. 4.

  • About 632 people have pleaded guilty to federal charges, including many who could face incarceration at sentencing.
  • Of the nearly 1,000 individuals charged with entering or remaining in a restricted federal building or grounds, 104 have been charged with "entering a restricted area with a dangerous or deadly weapon," per the U.S. Attorney's office for D.C.
  • About 140 police officers were assaulted during the Capitol riot.
