Cool way to do it. Someone will have to see if he was warring that t shirt during the whole video.
Painter has a very respectable class. Look for him to add a late rising wing or a late rising shooter. He got pieces that fit what he likes to do.
Agree with all you say. He does have 2 more to give, so could get both. He hasn't given one to a walk-on has he?
This is for next year. He should not have given it to a walk-on. What if Langford or someone like him want to play for Purdue. I understand we are not on his list but could always dream.
We now need a 3/small forward. Does Painter still have anyone on his list?

Congrats...Looking at his highlights, he seems like a smooth lefty with a nice shot and good hops. Other than his dunks, he seems like the guy who you don't realize is doing really good until you look at his stats.

That I disagree with. I think he is the second best fit for Purdue behind Langford, because no matter what you think, any 5* will make a program instantly better.
Obviously I'm biased, but that's my honest opinion
If Langford is first, who is the second best in this class? I don't follow recruiting that close, but have watched some video on Hunter and like what I see. Who is number 2?
Damezi Anderson if you don't count LaLume --- Tyger Campbell if you count LaLume --- and NO, this is not my opinion, just looking at rating places. And, BTW, none below Langford are usually ranked a 5-star.
Then Hunter, Phinisee, and Henry.
If people don't things are changing they are crazy. Hunter is exactly they type of player that would have said thanks but no thinaks a few years ago. We have a hell of a team with great kids coming in. The future is bright.
I like this kid alot, reminds me of the lefty at Neb. I was hoping we'd get a couple yrs. ago from Illinois.
Good comparison. Watson might be a little more of a natural PG, but he has similar build and quickness as Hunter and gets buckets at all 3 levels.
Is Glynn a lefty? I don't know this as a fact and rarely ever tweet a player, but Glynn left me with the impression he wanted to go to Purdue and things didn't work out. It was strictly my interpretation on his response and I could have misinterpreted it. I think Glynn is right handed. Maybe the other poster got the hands mixed up because Glynn is who I know Purdue had interest and went to Nebraska.
Glynn could have helped Purdue and I'm sure would have carried on the culture, but for me...Hunter makes me a lot happier because I think this kid can do a lot. What I don't know is his D, but he can pass it and a better athlete than Glynn...both quick, but Hunter can get up. I know Hunter is a little frail and years ago that would bother me in the Big, but if they maintain the rule emphasis he should be okay...
It's entirely possible I got things mixed up.....wouldn't be the first time....or the last time. That's just to whom I assumed PaBoiler was referring.

I don't know if I worded it weird or you read it wrong. There is no 5* between Romeo and Hunter. If there was a list for people Purdue would like to have the most, first would be Romeo, then second would be Eric Hunter.
